Arm lift (brachioplasty) allows to firm up the arm, to treat excess skin that falls off, to tighten the skin, to remove excess fat and to reduce the diameter of the arm. The arm is more harmonious. It is a frequent procedure in cosmetic surgery.

WHAT WILL THE ARM LIFT TREAT?

We distinguish 3 techniques of arm lift:

liposuction of the arms (no excess skin)

Arm liposuction with horizontal axillary scar for arm lift (moderate skin excess)

Arm liposuction with internal longitudinal scar for arm lift (significant excess skin)

ANESTHESIA, DURATION, HOSPITALIZATION

The anesthesia is general. Sometimes a local anesthesia associated with a sedation (relaxing medication) is possible.

Depending on the type of arm lift that is indicated for you, it lasts between 1 and 2 hours.
